We want you to be happy with each and every purchase from Burgundy Delights Antique Vintage French Linens, but if you do wish to return an item for whatever reason, rest assured that products may be returned within 14 days for a Refund.

Simply email us via the contact us page within 3 days of receipt and return item in original packaging and in new and unused condition. 

Refund will then be made within 14 days, minus return postage costs, via the same method of payment.

All items returned by you are at your own risk, therefore we advise you to check that the item is properly addressed and adequately packaged. We also strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a traceable and secure delivery agent e.g Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail (UK), when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.


Faulty & Damaged Items

We carefully package all items before despatch, but in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that you deem to be damaged or faulty please notify us by e-mail via the contact us page within 24 hours of receiving the item, stating the nature of the fault or damage and return within 14 days. Please read the notes above, regarding our recommendations on safely returning items to us.

Once the item is returned it will be checked by us and if it is found to be faulty or damaged as described by you, we will issue you with a full refund (we will need to see a copy of the return postage receipt in order for us to credit you with this cost). Refund will be issued within 14 days via the same method of payment.

If the returned item is found not to be faulty or damaged after it is checked, we will refund the item price and outgoing postage costs only - no return postage costs will be refunded.
